Diverse and Collaborative Environmental Conservation Led from the South and for the South

What are we looking for?

To support and strengthen Latin American leadership to foster environmental conservation with its own voice and vision.

What do we do?

We strengthen capacities through a conservation leadership program that provides diverse tools for those who safeguard their territories. Integrating their traditional knowledge, experiences, and aspirations to create transformative environmental solutions.

Who are we?

We are a collective of Latin American women committed to strengthening and supporting local and diverse leadership. Our purpose is to amplify voices from the perspective of those who inhabit biodiverse territories, recognizing their vision and knowledge as the foundation for sustainable environmental and social transformations.

Our Four Pillars of Work

Decolonization

Management

Gender

Well-being
